Manchester United manager Erik ten Hag was pleased with the 3-0 win over Bournemouth. But admitted it was not his best performance and with luck.

Manchester United beat Bournemouth 3-0 thanks to goals from Casemiro, Luke Shaw and Marcus Rashford in the game on Tuesday night.

Ten Hag said after the game: “I’m happy with the result. Today was not our best game. We must be honest. We weren’t very smart as a team. And We scored a great goal. UFABET But a lot of times we were lucky and saved from David to help, we have to play smarter as a team.

“It’s always good to win 3-0. It’s a great play for the fans with chances to score from both sides. A 3-0 win is always good.”

“We have to talk game by game. The next game is a cup ball. But we want to win every game. We don’t want to look further than that. So focus on the next game It’s going to be a tough game for sure.”

Next up is Manchester United’s FA Cup third round clash at Old Trafford against Everton on Friday January 6.

“I was happy with the 3-0 result but it wasn’t our best game. We didn’t play well enough to play as a team. A lot of times we had to rely on luck and De Gea saved our goal many times today. We were 2-0 up at some point in the game. Sometimes you have to hold onto the ball and be wise to choose when it’s just the right moment to score more goals. We have to keep going like this one game at a time. We want to win every match.”
